BallFall, DoubleQube and Silvia (the “apps”) are single-player games that run entirely on your iPhone or iPad.
Nothing. The apps do not collect, share or sell any personal information.
The apps contain no advertising, no analytics, no crash-reporting service and no third-party tracking. They do not use the advertising identifier and never ask to track you.
The apps do not connect to the internet. Everything they need is inside the app.
Your progress (scores, coins, unlocked items, settings and any game in progress) is saved in the app’s private storage on your device and is never sent anywhere. Deleting the app deletes this data. If you use iCloud or device backups, Apple may include the app’s data in your backup under your own Apple Account; that is controlled by you and Apple.
The apps are a one-time purchase from the App Store. There are no in-app purchases or subscriptions. Coins and other in-game rewards are earned by playing and have no real-world value.
The apps have no ads, no web links and no social features, and collect no data from anyone, including children.
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted at this address with a new effective date.
